渭河断裂西段活动差异性分析   总被引:17,自引:0,他引:17  
渭河断裂是一条纵贯渭河盆地中部的大断裂,对渭河盆地的形成和发展乃至盆地内的地震活动都具有控制作用。本文将宝鸡峡口以东,西安市草滩镇以西的渭河断裂西段作为研究区。从渭河断裂北侧黄土台源地貌存在的分级现象、自西向东渭河断裂新近系错距大小非均匀变化、渭河断裂西段断坎地貌差异等方面的分析,讨论了渭河断裂西段存在的活动差异性,认为以千河断裂、岐山-马召断裂和泾河推测断裂为分界点,渭河断裂西段可分为三个亚段,各个亚段在断裂活动时间、活动强度等方面均有明显的差异。通过对渭河断裂西段所处新构造环境的分析,认为第四纪以来渭河盆地西部地壳的向东掀斜拾升运动是造成渭河断裂西段出现差异性活动的根本原因。  相似文献

虽然层序地层学与含油气系统理论的各自研究对象和研究方法不同,但由于层序地层学研究对象(沉积岩)是含油气系统研究对象(油气)的载体,二者可以由含油气盆地分析有机的结合起来。层序地层分析包含了对含油气系统的地质要素及成藏作用载体的分析,因而沉积层序的组成单元与含油气系统的地质要素有必然的联系:在一个沉积盆地的数个沉积层序中,成熟烃源岩往往是地史中具一定埋深、分布广、厚度大、有机质含量高的凝缩层,这个凝缩层往往是一个构造超层序的最大海(湖)泛面;储集岩往往是成熟烃源岩之上层序的低水位体系域或紧邻成熟烃源岩的高水位体系域;有效盖层为储集岩之上层序的水进体系域及凝缩层;成熟烃源岩之上的沉积层序为上覆岩层;低水位体系域储集岩有可能沿上倾方向尖灭,被层序界面及其上层序的水进体系域岩性圈闭;除构造裂缝外,低水位体系域下切谷可作为油气向上运移通道;一个含油气系统往往跨越不同的沉积层序甚至构造超层序。  相似文献

通过对念青唐古拉山冰碛地层划分及冰碛物同位素测年,发现最早一期冰碛物形成于0.7~0.6MaBP,指示自中更新世以来念青唐古拉山脉开始隆升,主峰地区发生了大规模的冰川剥蚀作用,形成了大面积分布的冰碛高平台;0.2~0.14MaBP念青唐古拉山又快速隆升,并堆积了刚刚伸出各大沟谷口的高侧碛;0.07~0.03MaBP念青唐古拉山再次小规模隆起,形成各大沟谷内的侧碛和终碛垄;0.01Ma BP还有小规模冰川活动。念青唐古拉山主峰地区的冰川剥蚀作用反映出的山脉隆升过程,可较好地与青藏高原的隆起过程相对比,它应是青藏高原隆升的响应。  相似文献

A detailed study of the morphology and micro‐morphology of Quaternary alluvial calcrete profiles from the Sorbas Basin shows that calcretes may be morphologically simple or complex. The ‘simple’ profiles reflect pedogenesis occurring after alluvial terrace formation and consist of a single pedogenic horizon near the land surface. The ‘complex’ profiles reflect the occurrence of multiple calcrete events during terrace sediment aggradation and further periods of pedogenesis after terrace formation. These ‘complex’ calcrete profiles are consequently described as composite profiles. The exact morphology of the composite profiles depends upon: (1) the number of calcrete‐forming events occurring during terrace sediment aggradation; (2) the amount of sediment accretion that occurs between each period of calcrete formation; and (3) the degree of pedogenesis after terrace formation. Simple calcrete profiles are most useful in establishing landform chronologies because they represent a single phase of pedogenesis after terrace formation. Composite profiles are more problematic. Pedogenic calcretes that form within them may inherit carbonate from calcrete horizons occurring lower down in the terrace sediments. In addition erosion may lead to the exhumation of older calcretes within the terrace sediment. Calcrete ‘inheritance’ may make pedogenic horizons appear more mature than they actually are and produce horizons containing carbonate embracing a range of ages. Calcrete exhumation exposes calcrete horizons whose morphology and radiometric ages are wholly unrelated to terrace surface age. Composite profiles are, therefore, only suitable for chronological studies if the pedogenic horizon capping the terrace sequence can be clearly distinguished from earlier calcrete‐forming events. Thus, a detailed morphological/micro‐morphological study is required before any chronological study is undertaken. There is increasing evidence that shore platforms and other elements of rock coasts may be inherited, at least in part, from interglacial stages when sea level was similar to today's. Most of this evidence, which includes ancient beaches and datable terrestrial deposits, has been obtained from areas of resistant, slowly eroding rock, where the platforms often appear to be much too wide to have developed since the sea reached its present level. It is much more dif?cult to demonstrate that inheritance has occurred in areas of weaker rock, which generally lack any datable material. The coast of western Galicia in northwestern Spain has shore platforms in igneous and metamorphic rocks that were deeply weathered during the Tertiary. These platforms are closely associated with ancient beaches from the last interglacial stage, and associated periglacial and ?uvio‐nival deposits that covered and fossilized most of the Eemian platforms and cliffs during the late middle and late Weichselian glacial stage. The sedimentary processes and the thickness and facies of the sediments were determined by the height, aspect and gradient of the coastal mountains, and their distance from the coast. Radiocarbon dating, sedimentary analysis and platform morphology indicate that the shore platforms of Galicia have been inherited from at least the last interglacial stage. They were fossilized in places beneath thick Weichselian deposits and then exhumed during the Holocene transgression. The abundant evidence for inheritance in Galicia has important implications for other coasts in fairly weak rocks where such evidence is generally lacking. Interpretation of the recent high-resolution survey, CANADOU 2000, in the Bay of Douarnenez (Finistère, France) allowed us to restore the morphology of the substratum and the sedimentary filling of the bay. The Brioverian and Palaeozoic substratum reveals a well-defined network of incised valleys as results of successive emergence stages of the Bay during the Quaternary. Valleys join in a westward-widened mean valley, called Ys Valley. The present-day sedimentary fill of the bay of Douarnenez appears mainly controlled by the Holocene rise and the consecutive highstand. It comprises fluvial and estuarine deposits filling up incised valleys and marine sedimentation extending out of the incised valleys. To cite this article: G. Jouet et al., C. R. In the Yangtze Block (South China), a well-developed Mesozoic thrust system extends through the Xuefeng and Wuling mountains in the southeast to the Sichuan basin in the northwest. The system comprises both thin- and thick-skinned thrust units separated by a boundary detachment fault, the Dayin fault. To the northwest, the thin-skinned belt is characterized by either chevron anticlines and box synclines to the northwest or chevron synclines to the southeast. The former structural style displays narrow exposures for the cores of anticlines and wider exposures for the cores of synclines. Thrust detachments occur along Silurian (Fs) and Lower Cambrian (Fc) strata and are dominantly associated with the anticlines. To the southeast, this style of deformation passes gradually into one characterized by chevron synclines with associated principal detachment faults along Silurian (Fs), Cambrian (Fc) and Lower Sinian (Fz) strata. There are, however, numerous secondary back thrusts. Therefore, the thin-skinned belt is like the Valley and Ridge Province of the North American Applachian Mountains. The thick-skinned belt structurally overlies the thin-skinned belt and is characterized by a number of klippen including the Xuefeng and Wuling nappes. It is thus comparable to the Blue Ridge Province of Appalachia.The structural pattern of this thrust system in South China can be explained by a model involving detachment faulting along various stratigraphic layers at different stages of its evolution. The system was developed through a northwest stepwise progression of deformation with the earliest delamination along Lower Sinian strata (Fz). Analyses of balanced geological cross-sections yield about 18.1–21% (total 88 km) shortening for the thin-skinned unit and at least this amount of shortening for the thick-skinned unit. The compressional deformation from southeast to northwest during Late Jurassic to Cretaceous time occurred after the westward progressive collision of the Yangtze Block with the North China Block and suggests that the orogenic event was intracontinental in nature.  相似文献

Lipid extracts from a 61.7-cm-long subtropical stalagmite in southern China, spanning the period of ca. 10,000–21,000 yr ago as constrained by U–Th dating, were analyzed using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. The higher plants and microorganisms in the overlying soils contribute a proportion of n-alkanes identified in the stalagmite. The occurrence of LMW (lower molecular weight) n-alkanols and n-alkan-2-ones in the stalagmite was mainly related to the soil microorganisms. We suggest that HMW (higher molecular weight) n-alkanols and n-alkan-2-ones identified in the stalagmite originate from soil organics and reflect input from contemporary vegetation. Shifts in the ratio of LMW to HMW n-alkanols or n-alkan-2-ones indicative of the variation of soil ecosystems (e.g., microbial degradation of organic matter and/or the relative abundance of soil microorganisms to higher plants) are comparable with the subtropical alkenone-SST (sea surface temperature) record of the same period. The similar trends seen in the δ13C data and the lipid parameters in this stalagmite imply that the overlying soil ecosystem response to climate might be responsible for the variation of δ13C values.  相似文献

本文基于往复荷载作用下矩形钢管混凝土压弯构件的实验结果,比较了国内外比较典型的设计规范(程),包括英国BS5400(1979)、美国ACI318—99(1999)和AISC-LRFD(1999)、日本AIJ(1997)、欧洲EC4(1994)、中国GJB4142-2000(2001)和福建省地方标准(送审稿),及本文数值方法在计算往复荷载作用下矩形钢管混凝土压弯构件承载力的差异。结果表明,在进行往复荷载作用下矩形钢管混凝土压弯构件承载力计算时,各种计算方法获得的承载力都偏于安全,其中,数值计算结果与实验结果最接近,GJB4142—2000(2001)的计算结果与实验结果吻合程度稍差,ACI318—99(1999),EC4(1994)和福建省地方标准(送审稿)的计算结果比实验结果约低20%,而BS5400(1979)、AISC—LRFD(1999)和AIJ(1997)的计算结果比实验结果总体上低30%以上。本文结果可供进行矩形钢管混凝土结构设计时参考。  相似文献
